Why It Matters
Creative burnout is often invisible until it becomes debilitating — emotionally, physically, and cognitively. This guide was made to translate complex ideas (nervous system regulation, emotional patterns, cognition under stress) into a calming, usable format you can return to when you’re overwhelmed.
How It Works / What I Did
- Developed the framework: Recognize → Regulate → Recover
- Wrote psychology-informed guidance, prompts, and exercises
- Designed the full workbook experience as a calming, structured toolkit
- Included practical modules such as:
- Burnout symptom map / mind map
- Self-assessment worksheet
- Somatic + nervous system regulation tools
- Guided reflection prompts (including AI-assisted journaling)
- Creative reset checklist + recommended reading
